By accessing or using the services provided by Quality Auto Glass LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Quality Auto Glass LLC provides professional auto glass repair and replacement services, including but not limited to:

  • Windshield repair and replacement
  • Side window, rear window, and vent glass replacement
  • Mobile auto glass services
  • Insurance claim processing assistance
  • Fleet vehicle glass services
  • Emergency auto glass repair services

Service Appointments and Quotes

Quote Requests

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle inspection, parts availability, and service requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the initial quote.

Appointments

Service appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Insurance claims (subject to insurance company approval)
  • Checks (with valid identification)

For insurance claims, you are responsible for any deductible or amount not covered by your insurance policy. We will work directly with your insurance company to process claims, but final payment responsibility rests with you.

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty covers:

  • Leaks caused by improper installation
  • Defects in installation workmanship
  • Adhesive failure due to installation error

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
  • Damage caused by modifications made after our service
  • Glass defects (covered by glass manufacturer warranty)

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and damage
  • Disclose any pre-existing damage or previous repairs
  • Follow post-installation care instructions provided by our technicians
  • Allow adequate cure time for adhesives before driving (typically 1-2 hours)
  • Keep your vehicle clean and accessible for mobile service appointments
  • Provide valid insurance information if filing a claim
  • Pay any applicable deductibles or out-of-pocket costs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Auto Glass LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance Claims

We work with most major insurance companies and will assist you in filing claims. However, we cannot guarantee insurance approval or coverage. You are ultimately responsible for understanding your insurance policy coverage, deductibles, and limitations. Any disputes with your insurance company must be resolved between you and your insurer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once services have been completed, refunds are not available except in cases of proven workmanship defects covered under our warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quality Auto Glass LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
